Synersys Planning and Development Services (SPDS) was incorporated in the year 1992 and presently, the organization is functioning at Hyderabad and Vijayawada. Over the years, we have built and maintained exceedingly fruitful association with many multi-national companies, outside-state firms, industrial & business houses and were instrumental in the successful completion of their development projects in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Prior to the liberalization of the Government Policies, there was an acute scarcity of experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge about the local Regulatory/Statutory Rules and Regulations who are capable of dealing with various development requirements and building related stipulations. This compelled many multi-national organizations/outside state industrial and business houses to either withdraw or allow bogging down in getting the necessary approvals and clearances on time, which directly affected their project timelines and indirectly affected their viability, profitability, timelines and business opportunities.

He has good hands in providing strategic support for operating the business and assist in Liaisoning with various government officials in clearing the operational hindrances and also getting regulatory approvals/clearances on time. Extensive experience in providing services for development and construction of townships, High End Malls &Multiplexes, Premium residential Towers, Educational Institutions ,Commercial complexes, Resorts, Hotels, Hospitals, all types of Industries, Technology Related industries like Bio-technology, Bulk Drugs, Pharma Projects, SEZ‟s, IT Office Buildings and many more such construction projects.
